Concrete Crack Repair Services

Concrete tends to develop cracks during the curing process when it shrinks which can get worse over time when the foundation settles or when the ground beneath it shifts. This problem can get much worse when water begins to seep through these cracks making them more severe and creating even more problems including the possible loss of structural integrity.

If your concrete is cracked or leaking there are two main methods to repair it; Polyurethane and Epoxy injection.

Polyurethane injection is flexible and allows the concrete to move naturally mitigating further cracking and can be used in wet conditions to stop water leaks.

Epoxy Injection provides stronger structural strength due to it bonding better with concrete however it can only be used when the concrete is dry.

Concrete Floor Sealant is a protective coating applied to concrete floors. The life expectancy of a concrete surface can be significantly extended with this protective coating. Other advantages include: the prevention of cracks, resistance to algae growth, reduction of permanent stains, easy cleaning, prevention of dusting/chalking, and is aesthetically pleasing.
